Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, I come from a legacy of hard work, spirituality and dedication. My craft and I have been hand in hand for as long as I can remember. There was a time where my imagination and intuition was all I had, all I could understand about myself. What was radical to our society, was so natural to me as a young black boy. Performing, so deeply and delicately reminds me of my purpose and the intention behind the art I want to create. Art is my activism and my story is my art.
